摘要
目的:探究对顽固性泛发性湿疹应用中药熏蒸方法治疗的临床效果。方法:选自我院2011年6月-2012年5月收治的顽固性泛发性湿疹患者共106例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组患者接受常规方法治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上应用中药熏蒸方法进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率。结果:两组患者的临床治疗有效率均为100%,相对于对照组患者,观察组患者的临床痊愈率有显著优越性,两者对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对顽固性泛发性湿疹患者在常规治疗基础上应用局部中药熏蒸方法进行治疗能够提升患者的临床治疗有效率,具有安全高效的特点,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of TCM fumigation therapy on treating intractable generalized eczema. Methods：106 patients were randomly divided into two groups, both groups were given routine treatment, the treatment was given TCM fumigation more. Results：The efficacy of TCM fumigation were better, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM fumigation therapy can improve clinical efficiency and is safety and efficient, worthy of clinical promotion.
