超声心动图在无痛性心肌缺血诊断中的应用价值探讨被引量：1

摘要目的：探讨超声心动图对无痛性心肌缺血（ SMI）的诊断价值。方法应用超声心动图对90例心电监护的冠心病患者在心肌缺血发作时和ST段最大压低时进行检查。结果本组90例患者中共监测出心肌缺血发作1025阵次，每例发作1～23阵次。结论超声心动图结合心电监护能及早检出SMI的存在，超声心动图能准确评价SMI时的心功能状况，因而具有其独特的应用价值。
