摘要
目的比较PBL教学方法与传统教学方法在内分泌科护理教学中的应用效果,探索适合内分泌科护理的教学方法。方法将2011-2012年内分泌科实习的护生23名作为对照组,采用传统的教学方法。2012-2013年内分泌科实习的护生21名作为观察组,采用PBL教学法结合学生管床的方法。比较2组学生实习结束时考试成绩与综合能力。结果观察组学生的理论成绩、操作成绩、综合成绩和综合能力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组综合能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法结合学生管床的方法能提高学生的成绩,拓展知识面,提高学生学习主动性、查阅资料能力、沟通能力、分析和解决的问题能力。
Objective To explore suitable teaching method in nursing teaching of endocrinology department by com-paring problem-based learning( PBL)teaching to traditional teaching methods. Methods From 2011 to 2012,23 nursing students received traditional teaching as the control group;From 2012 to 2013,21 nursing students received PBL teaching as the observation group. Compare the 2 groups in the scores and comprehensive ability at the end of clinical practice. Results The students in control group got a significantly higher scores than students in control group on theory、performance、comprehen-sive performance,and the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤0. 05 ). The comprehensive ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 01,P﹤0. 05). Conclu-sion PBL teaching methods in charge of patients can improve the performance of nursing students,which can widen the knowledge and improve the initiative of learning,the ability of information seeking,the ability of communication and the capaci-ty of analysis and problem solving ability.
