胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病合并肺部感染的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病合并肺部感染的胰岛素泵的强化治疗效果。方法抽样从本院收治的63例2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者,随机性划分为两组,参照组36例采用胰岛素皮下注射治疗,研究组27例采用胰岛素泵皮下连续注射治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果比较两组患者的血糖以及肺部感染控制情况,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者采用胰岛素泵治疗,可较好的控制患者的血糖水平,减少胰岛素使用,有利于患者身体健康的早日恢复。
