摘要
目的评价治疗药物监测对临床治疗的指导作用。方法分析227例服用抗癫痫药物患者的血药浓度监测结果。结果共监测4种抗癫痫药物,其中卡马西平血药浓度在推荐浓度范围内的比例最高,苯妥英钠偏离推荐浓度的比例最高。结论抗癫痫药物血药浓度个体差异较大,影响因素较多,应结合其他临床指标综合分析监测结果。
Objective To evaluate the guidelines of therapeutic drug monitoring in clinic. Methods The serum concentration of 227 cases were analyzed. Results Four kinds of anti-epilepsy drugs were detected. Carbamazepine was the highest proportion in the effective range, while phenytoin was the highest proportion of deviation from the recommended range. Conclusion The effective concentration of anti-epilepsy drugs varied in different patients and many factors were included. So different indications should be combined to evaluate the efficacy of anti-epilepsy drugs.
