摘要
目的对影响青光眼患者用药依从性的因素展开分析。方法采用降眼压疗法对140例青光眼患者进行药物治疗,将患者分为依从性用药患者和不依从性用药患者,并对影响用药依从性的因素进行分析。结果 140例患者中不依从用药患者有90例,所占比例为64.29%;依从用药患者有50例,所占比例为35.17%。研究表明,医患配合关系、合作程度、医疗方向、患者的年龄、患者寻医是否方便、患者对病情了解的多少等因素与用药依从性有关,而患者的性别与用药依从性无关。结论应从改善影响因素着手,提升患者的用药依从性,对青光眼疾病做到更好的治疗。
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the glaucoma patients’medication.compliance. Methods Using ocular hypotensive therapy for 140 cases of glaucoma patients, patients were divided into medication compliance patients and non-compliance medication patients, and medication compliance factors were analyzed. Results Out of 140 cases of patients, there were 90 cases of medication nonadherence, the proportion of 64.29%;medication adherence of patients with 50 cases, the proportion was 35.17%. Research showed that doctor-patient relationship with the level of cooperation, medical direction, the patient’s age, whether the patient easy to understand how many patients the disease and other factors related to medication compliance, regardless of gender and medication compliance of patients. Conclusion We should first improve the influencing factors to enhance patients’medication compliance, which is better for the treatment of glaucoma disease.
