摘要
目的：探讨妊娠合并阑尾炎尽早诊断和尽早手术对预后的影响，方法：2004年6月-2012年6月收治44例妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。对我院妊娠合并阑尾炎早期明确诊断，尽早手术对预后的影响。结果：临床表现为急腹症，除4例患者因并发腹膜炎，病情危重转上级医院治疗外，所有患者均行阑尾切除术，流产6例，早产5例，死胎3例，无产妇死亡。结论：妊娠合并结妊娠期急性阑尾炎的诊治经验，防止流产、早产、死胎等并发症发生。
Objective： To analyze the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods： In 2004 June to 2012 June in our hospital 44 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The clinical manifestations of acute abdomen, except 4 patients complicated with peritonitis, critically ill to the hospital treatment, all patients under- went appendectomy, 6 cases of abortion, 5 cases of premature delivery, 3 cases of stillbirth, no maternal death. Conclusion ：The experi- ence of diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis in pregnancy, abortion, premature birth, stillbirth, pre- vent the occurrence of complications such as. methods ： appendicitis in pregnancy early diagnosis in our hospital, early operation should be the key to treatment.
