摘要
目的：研究局麻下李金斯坦疝修补术在伴有合并症腹股沟疝病人中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年12月∽2013年12月开展的82例腹股沟疝行李金斯坦疝修补术中，有47例患者伴有各种合并症的临床资料。结果：47例伴有各种合并症的腹股沟疝患者，在积极控制相关并发症后，均在局麻下完成了李金斯坦疝修补术。结论：李金斯坦疝修补术也适用于伴有各种合并症的腹股沟疝病人，同样具有安全、简单、有效、经济等优点。
Abts ract Objectiv：e To analyze the clinical application values of tension -free repair for inguinal hernias .Methods：From December 2010 to December 2013, clinical data of 47 patients（in 82 patients ） with inguinal hernia treated and a variety of complications by Licht-enstein hernia repair in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively .Results：47 patients with inguinal hernia and a variety of complications were accomplished by Lichtenstein hernia repair under local anesthesia after effectively controlling related complications .Conclusion：The＆amp;nbsp;Lichtenstein hernia repair also applies to patients with inguinal hernia and a variety of complications .The Lichtenstein hernia repair also had advantage of safety , simplicity, efficiency and economy .
