气相色谱-质谱联用仪是实验室必不可少的分析工具,近年来,其校准操作工作也成为了业界关注的焦点。结合多年的工作经验,重点围绕信噪比、质量准确性和测量重复性等方面对气相色谱-质谱联用仪校准操作的相关问题进行探讨,以期为类似研究提供参考。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis is an essential tool for the laboratory in recent years, its calibration work has also become the focus of the industry. Combined with years of work experience, the focus on SNR measurement accuracy and repeatability of quality and other aspects of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry calibration related issues were discussed in order to provide reference for similar studies.
