摘要
本试验旨在探讨处理柠檬酸废水后的凹凸棒石黏土(ATC)在蛋鸡饲料中的应用效果。选取324只体重、产蛋率相近的32周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和在基础日粮中额外添加1%、2%ATC的试验日粮。试验期为8周。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,添加1%ATC一定程度上提高了蛋鸡平均蛋重、日产蛋量和产蛋率,使日采食量、料蛋比和软破蛋率略有下降(P>0.05);2%ATC降低了日产蛋量(P<0.05),提高了料蛋比(P<0.05)。(2)添加不同水平ATC对蛋鸡的养分消化率没有显著影响。(3)添加不同水平ATC均能提高黏膜麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶活性,其中1%ATC组的蔗糖酶活性达到显著水平(P<0.05)。1%ATC使蛋鸡胰腺和空肠淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和总蛋白酶活性有所提高,2%ATC组却有所降低,但均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。结果提示,蛋鸡饲料中添加1%ATC效果较好。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of attapulgite after treatment of citric acid wasterwater (ATC) on productive performance,nutrient digestibility and digestive enzyme activity in laying hens.A total of 324 Hy-line Brown laying hens aged 32 weeks with similar body weight and laying rate were divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 18 hens in each replicate.Laying hens in the control group were fed the basal diet,and other groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1% or 2% ATC for 8 weeks.The results showed that supplementation of 1% ATC numerically improved egg weight,egg mass and laying rate to some extent,decreased the feed intake,feed:egg ratio and broken eggshellrate(P>0.05); 2% ATC supplement decreased the egg mass (P<0.05),while increased the feed:egg ratio (P<0.05).ATC supplement of different levels had no significant effect on the nutrient digestibility.ATC supplement of different levels improved the activities of maltase and sucrase in jejunal mucosa,and the increase of sucrase activity induced by 1% ATC reached significant level (P<0.05).1% ATC could increase the activities of amylase,trypsin and protease in pancreas and jejunum,whereas 2% ATC showed a negative effect (P>0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate level of dietary ATC was 1%.
