摘要
针对漳村煤矿21采区材料巷道受采动底鼓严重的情况,提出了顶板爆破预裂控制煤岩巷道底鼓的方案,采用理论分析了顶板预裂控制巷道底鼓的力学机理。研究结果表明:巷道顶板岩体强度与底鼓量之间成反比关系。运用FLAC3D软件对其方案进行数值模拟,结果表明:巷道底鼓量、顶板下沉量、两帮位移量分别为350、350、160 mm,相比原有支护分别减小了68.2%、50.0%和64.4%,有效改善了巷道状况。说明采用顶板预裂支护技术有效地解决了煤岩巷道底鼓问题,维护了21采区巷道的稳定性。
In view of the floor heave seriousness of material roadway in 21 st mining district in zhang cun coal mine,measure using roof pre-splitting technology is put forward to prevent the heave floor based on the mechanism,the mechanism of the controlling floor was analyzed by theoretical study.The tests shows that the relationship between the strength of roof and amount of floor heave is proportional.Through the numerical simulations by FLAC3 Dsoftware,the tests shows that the size of the floor heave,the roof and the sidewall convergent are 35 cm,35 cm and 16 cm,decrease by 68.2% 、50.0% and 64.4% respectively,and improve the condition of roadway effectively.Thus,the large-scale deformation of mining roadway floor in g material roadway in 21 st mining district has been controlled effectively.
