摘要
对仓、釜、库、罐等容器中存储物料料位的智能化检测和自动控制是工业生产时必须解决的一项关键课题。该课题设计研制了一种基于γ射线强度测量和单片机为控制主体的新型智能料位监控仪,并对该料位监控仪系统的软硬件关键技术进行讨论、分析。对主要性能检测表明:该料位监控仪较好地满足了设计要求,可用于常规方法难以监测的物料料位监控,具有设计合理、抗工业干扰能力强、智能化程度高、控制精度高、可靠性和稳定性好等优点。
Intelligently detecting and automatically controlling the position of materials stored in the containers such as warehouses , cauldrons, storerooms, tubs, etc.is a key subject that must be solved in industrial pro-ductions .A new type of intelligent material -position monitoring and controlling instrument based on measuring the radioactive γray intensity , which employs a single -chip microcomputer as its main controller , is designed and developed in this project .And the key techniques in the hardware and the software which constitute the whole system are discussed and analysed .The major performance testing results show that this instrument has fulfilled the design requirements preferably , and it can be applied to monitor and control the material position that could not be done by conventional ways;moreover , it has advantages of rational design , effective interfer-ence immunity , high intelligence and control accuracy , better reliability and stability , and so on .
