摘要 测定了麝香草酚在β-环糊精及其衍生物溶液中的溶解度,绘制相溶解度曲线,计算了包结稳定常数、包结率和增溶倍数,比较了不同烷基化-β-环糊精对麝香草酚的增溶作用。结果表明,包结常数和包结率随着取代度的增加而增加,并随着烷基链长的增加而增加;不同平均取代度的β-环糊精对射香草酚均有增溶作用,增溶倍数不但与取代度的大小和烷基的链长短有关,还与主体的浓度有关。 By measuring the solubility of thymol inβ-cyclodextrin derivatives with different concentration, the stability constants,the complexation efficiencies and the solubilization multiples were calculated.The solubility phase diagrams were given,and the solubilization effects of differentβ-cyclodextrin derivatives for thyncol were compared.The results showed that the stability constants and the complexation efficiencies were enhanced with increase of the degree of substitution and the length of the alkyl chain,and the solubilization multiples also varied with the degree of substitution,the length of alkyl chain and the concentration of host.
