摘要 针对江汉油田谢凤桥段油藏高温、高盐地层的特点,以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为主剂, N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,(NH4)2 S2 O8-Na2 SO3为引发剂,通过自由基接枝共聚制得了一种聚合物弱凝胶深部调剖剂。采用 IR 表征其化学结构并通过黏度测试评价其耐温、耐盐性能。结果表明,该剂是一种交联网状结构的弱凝胶,具有一定的强度和流动性,其最佳的成胶条件为:CMC 为2.50 g,CMC: AM 为1:4,交联剂 BIS占主剂总质量的0.05%,引发剂占主剂总质量的1.3%,反应时间为8 h,反应温度为40℃;该弱凝胶深部调剖剂适用的地层温度为80~120℃,适用的粗盐浓度为0~25%,完全满足高温高矿化度油藏深部调剖的要求。 A kind of deep profile controlling agent is researched on Xie Fengqiao reservoir in Jianghan oil-field characterized with high temperature and high salt stratum. The preparation of CMC / AM/ BIS weak gel is based on sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)and acrylamide(AM),using N,N′-methylene-bis-acrylamide( BIS)as crosslinking agent and( NH4 )2 S2 O8-Na2 SO3 as initiator. The properties are characterized by IR,temperature and salt testing. The results indicate that crosslinked weak gel with net-work structure features certain strength and mobility,the optimum condition is CMC dosage:2. 50 g,CMC: AM = 1: 4,the amount of cross linker(BIS)and initiator accounted for the amount of main agents is 0. 05% ,1. 3% respectively;reaction time is 8 h,reaction temperature is 40 ℃;the applicable ambient tem-perature of this system is 80 ~ 120 ℃;applicable coarse salt concentrations is ranging from 0 ~ 25% ;it can meet the requirements of deep profile control in high temperature and high salinity reservoir.
