摘要
通过对2013年初吉林通化八宝煤矿事故的分析,企业安全文化建设的重要性在于:首先,员工对安全文化、安全风险要有真实感知;其次,要坚持具体情况具体分析,不同地区、不同企业,不能按照同一个安全标准原则建设;再次,企业内不同层级安全文化建设的重点,也应有不同。文化的本质是意会,重制度,讲规则,实事求是是最基本的安全文化。
According to analyzing the accident of Ba Bao coalmine in Tong Hua city of Ji Lin province , the importance of safety culture construction in enterprise lies in the following aspects.Firstly, the staff should have the authentic perception to safety culture and safety risk.Secondly , it demands to analyze on the basis of case-by-case.Different regions and enterprises can ’ t apply the same safety standards and principles to con-struct.Thirdly , the key point of safety culture construction should be different in different level of enterprise.The essence of culture is to understand by sight , emphasize institution and regulation , and seek truth from facts is the most basic safety culture.
