摘要
本文通过对高等学校"教工之家"建设的自身特点与重要意义的分析指出了高等学校"教工之家"建设需要亟待解决的问题以及伴随着问题的解决而引发的对高等学校建设的促进。并通过对我国高等学校未来发展形势的分析与探讨,在此基础上指出了在新形势下未来高等学校"教工之家"建设模式的改变。
Through analysis of characteristics and significance of ＆quot;teacher and staff’s home＆quot; construction, this article points out the urgent problems and the promotion of college and university construction by solving these problems. And through analysis and discussion of the future development situation of colleges and universities in China, it points out the change of construction mode for ＆quot;teacher and staff＆#39;s home＆quot;.
