摘要
为了研究紧急制动器在铸造起重机中的重要作用,本文重点对其起升机构的内部布置构造进行详细的分析与对比,并且结合其在运作中出现的失效保护与机电联锁过程,为后期制动器自身冗余保护设计给出一些可行性意见。
In order to study the role of the emergency brake in ladle crane, this article focuses on analyzing and comparing the internal layout structure of its lifting mechanism, and gives some feasibility advice for the late brake itself redundant protection design combined with fail-safe and mechanical and electrical interlock process in operation.
