摘要
目的：探讨穴位按摩镇痛法在人工流产术中的效果。方法将安徽省泾县医院2011年1月-2012年12月，孕6-8周，要求终止妊娠孕妇290例，随机分为穴位组（A组）（n=100），药物麻醉组（B组）（n=90）和传统组（C组）（n=100）。A组进行穴位按摩，并给予心理护理干预。B组采用2%利多卡因宫颈3、9点处注射。C组不采用任何干预措施。结果 A组镇痛显效60例，有效21例，无效19例，镇痛总有效率为81.0%，B组显效53例，有效21例，无效16例，总有效率为82.2%，C组显效0例，有效10例，无效90例，总有效率为10.0%。A、B与C组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），而A组不良反应发生率明显低于B、C组（P〈0.05）。结论穴位按摩在人工流产术中镇痛效果明显，且不良反应小。
Objective Explore the analgesic effect of acupoint massage on induced abortions. Methods 290 cases pregnant for 6 to 8 weeks were randomly divided into three groups：100 in Group A to be treated with acupoint massage plus psychological care, 90 in Group B with anesthesia of lidocaine injection at cervical spots 3 and 9, and 100 in traditional Group C without any medical intervention. Results In Group A there were 60 cases with obvious analgesic effect, 21 with some effect and 19 with no effect, and the overall effective rate was 81.0%. 53, 21 and 16 in Group B respectively, and its overall rate was 82.2%. 0, 10 and 90 in Group C respectively, and the overall effective rate was 10.0%. The differences among the groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05） and Group A’s incidence for adverse reaction is significantly lower than Group B or C （P〈0.05） Conclusion Acupoint massage has an evident analgesic effect on induced abortions and without much side effect.
