参与感知在气象信息服务系统中的应用研究 被引量:2

ON APPLICATION OF PARTICIPATORY SENSING IN METEOROLOGICAL INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM

摘要 为了使气象预报数据更加精细化,利于用户作出相关正确决策,提出将参与感知应用于气象信息服务系统这种新方法。分析参与感知架构中感知层、数据传输层、数据处理层、应用层包含的内容及其关键技术,阐述如何利用用户手机携带传感器采集的气象感知数据与传统气象资料进行融合,实现基于参与感知的气象信息服务原型系统。通过实例,证明了该系统对于改进现代气象预报是可行的、有效的。 In order to make weather forecast data more precise and help users to make right decisions,in this paper we put forward a new method that applies participatory sensing in meteorological information service system. Based on this,we analyse the contents contained in four layers of participatory sensing architecture: the perception layer,the data transmission layer,the data processing layer and the application layer,as well as the key techniques in them,and expatiate on the way of fusing the meteorological sensing data collected by the sensors in users' mobile phones with traditional meteorological data,thus realise the participatory sensing-based weather information service prototype system. Through the example,we prove that the system is feasible and effective in improving modern weather forecast.
