摘要
热释光(TL)与线性调制光释光(LM-OSL)激发晶体的原理和方式具有很高的相似性。论文致力于通过设定一定的模拟实验条件,采用Maxima数学软件对α-Al2O3:C晶体的TL曲线和LMOSL曲线进行模拟,研究这两种释光曲线峰值的参数依赖相似性。初步研究表明,在特定的模拟实验条件下,两种释光曲线峰值的参数依赖具有一定的相似性,释光曲线峰值与n0值,加热速率q(或溢出常数f0)呈现正比例关系。
Principles and stimulate process of the Thermo -luminescence ( TL) and linear modulation OSL ( LM-OSL) Luminescence are highly similar .Using the OTOR model and the Maxima software , selecting the set of parameters of α-Al2 O3:C crystal, the similarity of the dependence of the TL curve and the LM -OSL curve of the α-Al2 O3: C crystal has been studied .Preliminary studies indicate that , under certain simulated condi-tions, the TL and LM-OSL curves of the α-Al2 O3: C crystal have certain similarities , The luminescence maximums are proportional to the filling of the traps (n0), heating rate q(or f0).
