摘要
麻竹是一种经济价值高,生态效益好的优良笋材两用竹种。介绍麻竹组培苗二级苗栽培时苗圃的选址和搭建,苗床的准备和处理以及组培苗的移栽育苗技术,为海南麻竹二级苗的生产管理和技术推广提供参考。
Dendrocalamus latiflorus is a kind of high economical value and ecological benefits species, and also is the good source of bamboo shoots and materials for weaving and building. To provide the reference for the production management of secondary seedlings and its technology extension of Dendrocalamus latiflorus tissue culture plantlets in Hainan, this paper introduces the locations of the nursery and the building, nursery bed preparation and processing as well as the seedling cultivation techniques.
