肝血管瘤1.5T二维氢质子磁共振波谱波峰形态特征分析

摘要 目的采用二维氢质子磁共振波谱(2D 1H-MRS)观察、总结肝血管瘤的波峰形态特征,探讨其在肝血管瘤诊断中的价值。方法对20例肝血管瘤及15例肝细胞肝癌患者行2D 1H MRS扫描,比较两者谱线的形态特征,并对结果进行记录和比较。结果与肝细胞肝癌的2D 1H-MRS波峰形态特征相比,16例肝血管瘤及1例肝细胞肝癌获得"单峰"型波形(Ⅰ型波峰)。肝血管瘤Ⅰ型波型的发生率高于肝细胞肝癌,差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.40,P<0.01)。结论肝血管瘤的"单峰"型波峰具有一定的特征,对肝血管瘤的诊断具有一定参考价值。 Objective To explore its diagnosis value of two-dimension proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (2D IH-MRS) observing the morphological features of hepatic hemangioma (HH). Methods Twenty cases of HH and 15 cases of HCC were scanned by 2D ^1H-MRS. The characteristics of spectral were observed and the results were recorded and compared. Results The 2D ^1H-MRS with a single-peak (type Ⅰ ) was got in 16 cases of HH, while it was got in 1 case of HCC, which showed statistically significant difference between the two groups 0(2=19.40, P〈0.01). Conclusion The wave of single-peak of hepatic hemangioma has a characteristic performance, and it has a diagnosis value.
