摘要
用正交试验法优化了叠层阻燃输送带用氯丁橡胶基弹性体阻燃配方,采用直观分析法和方差分析法对实验结果进行分析,找出最佳配比,并采用热重-差热联用分析(TG-DTA)和扫描电镜(SEM)对优化阻燃配方后的弹性体燃烧热分解过程和焦烧残余物的形貌进行研究。结果表明,通过正交试验,获得阻燃最优配方为Sb2O35份、CP-70 10份、APP 9份、DBDPO 10份、BZn 25份,优化阻燃配方有效提高弹性体阻燃性能,且对力学性能影响较小,通过TG-DTA联用和SEM观察发现,添加阻燃体系可以有效抑制弹性体热分解,并能促进形成稳定紧密的炭层。
The orthogonal experiment method retardant was used to optimized formula of neoprene base elastomer in the laminated fire retardant conveyor belt,elastomer combustion thermal decomposition process and the morphology of charred remains wete studied by TG-DTA combination and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results showed that the optimal formula with Sb2O3 5 parts,CP-70 10 parts,APP 9 parts,DBDPO 10 parts,BZn 25 parts obtained by the orthogonal experiment can improve the flame retardant performance of elastomer with less effect on mechanical properties,TG-DTA combination and SEM observation showed that adding flame retardant can effectively restrain elastomer thermal decomposition and promote the formation of stable carbon layer.
