摘要
以小麦秸秆(WS)为增强剂,按不同含量与热塑性淀粉(TPS)共混,并通过挤出和注塑成型的方法制备了WS/TPS复合材料。通过电子拉力机、扫描电镜(SEM)、冲击强度试验机和动态力学分析仪(DMA)研究了不同小麦秸秆含量对TPS的力学性能的影响。结果表明,当小麦秸秆含量为1%时,WS/TPS的力学性能优异,拉伸强度为6.89 MPa,冲击强度为7.05 kJ/m2。
Wheat straw/thermoplastic starch composites (TPS) were prepared from wheat straw as reinforced materials with different contents by extrusion and injection molding.The effects of different wheat straw contents on mechanical properties of TPS were investigated by SEM,DMA,impact tester and electronic tensile machine.The result showed that the mechanical properties of WS/TPS composites were excellent,while the wheat straw content was 1%,the tensile strength was 6.89 MPa,and the impact strength was 7.05 kJ/m2.
