Synthesis of 1,3-glycerol Diacrylate with Direct Etherification

摘要 以丙三醇和丙烯酸为原料直接酯化合成1,3-丙三醇二丙烯酸酯,并系统地研究了带水剂、阻聚剂、催化剂、醇酸比、反应时间等对酯化反应的影响。研究表明,带水剂与阻聚剂显著地抑制了反应过程中副产物的生成,且在70 mL环己烷为带水剂,1.5 g对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对甲氧基苯酚与吩噻嗪复配成的复合阻聚剂1.5 g,丙三醇与丙烯酸的物质的量之比为1∶2.4,反应时间为9 h的条件下酯化生成1,3-丙三醇二丙烯酸酯的产率可达88.1%。 1,3-glycerol diacrylate was synthesized by direct esterification method using glycerol and acrylic acid.The effects of variables on the esterification were investigated such as water-carrying agent,polymerization inhibitor,catalyst,and ratio between alcohol and acid and reaction time.Results indicated that water-carrying agent and inhibitor significantly inhibited by-products generated in the process of esterification.And a highest yield of 1,3-glycerol diacrylate (88.1%) was obtained under the following conditions:cyclohexane 70 ml,p-toluenesulfonic acid 1.5 g,p-methoxy phenol and phenothiazine 1.5 g,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1∶2.4,the reaction time 9 h.
