摘要
针对楚穗直流大地/金属回线转换后,金属回线转换开关(MRTB)出现多次分合闸的情况,从82MRTB保护动作、MRTB分合闸命令、大地/金属回线转换顺控逻辑、避雷器监视等方面详细分析MRTB的分合闸过程,并以优先合闸和修改顺控逻辑为切入点提出了两种修改方案。通过比较分析,确定最终修改方案,其主要思想为将MRTB分命令直接作用于MRTB开关本身,不做任何逻辑处理与展宽处理。在RTDS与SIMIT仿真平台上的仿真结果验证了该修改方案的可行性和有效性。
Considering the multiple switching of the metallic return transfer breaker(MRTB)after earth/metallic loop transfer in Chu-Sui UHVDC system,the switching process of MRTB is analyzed in detail in terms of 82MRTB protection, MRTB switching command, the sequence control logic of earth/metallic loop transfer, and the lightning arrester monitoring, etc. Two modified schemes are proposed with regard to priority of switching and modification of sequence control logic. Comparative analysis is performed to determine the final scheme,in which the MRTB switch-off command is exerted on MRTB switch itself without any logic or broadening processing. Simulation results obtained on the RTDS SIMIT simulation platform verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the modified scheme.
