摘要
提出了一种基于强迫换流原理的混合型中压直流真空断路器方案。阐述了关键部件如斥力真空触头机构增强通流能力和提高初始速度的方法,脉冲功率组件串联应用和提高浪涌通流技术,避雷器的技术要求及参数设计的原则,介绍了已开展的工作。对换流过程进行了理论分析,研制了额定5 kV/6 kA断路器样机,进行了系列实验,验证了理论分析和参数选择的有效性。
A hybrid medium voltage DC vacuum breaker(HDCVB)based on forced commutation principle is proposed. The method for improving the current-carrying capacity and initial speed of repulsion driving vacuum interrupter,the means for series application and of strong pulse power transistors, and the basic design criterion of MOA are discussed,and the research work that has been carried out is described. Moreover,the commutation process is analyzed theoretically. A 5 kV/6 kA HDCVB was designed, and a series of tests were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis and the parameters selection.
