摘要
将新城疫病毒 ( NDV) Colon-30株和减蛋综合征病毒 ( EDS76AV) -1 2 7株分别接种于非免疫鸡胚和鸭胚 ,制备抗原液。抗原液经甲醛灭活后 ,与纯化的天然免疫增强剂蜂胶乳化 ,制成鸡新城疫 ( ND) -减蛋综合征( EDS76)蜂胶二联灭活疫苗 ,对疫苗的安全性和免疫原性进行了测定。对 3~ 6周龄易感雏鸡以 2倍使用剂量肌肉注射 ,安全性良好 ;对 1日龄雏鸡接种 1个使用剂量进行急性毒性试验 ,1 5d生长曲线表明 ,对雏鸡无影响 ;对 6周龄雏鸡注射 1个使用剂量 ,每批疫苗免疫 1 0只鸡 ,免疫后 5~ 32 d,鸡血清中 EDS76血凝抑制( HI)抗体的几何平均滴度 ( GMT)为 6.5~ 1 1 .8log2 ,ND血凝抑制 ( HI)抗体的几何平均滴度 ( GMT)为 4 .8~ 9.8log2 ;对 ND免疫攻毒试验表明 ,3批疫苗 ,每羽份含有的半数保护量 ( PD5 0 )分别为≥ 1 2 7、≥ 1 31和≥1 2 7。
batches of the propolis adjuvant combined inactivated vaccine against both Newcastle disease were producted with the Newcastle disease virus colon 30 and egg drop syndrome virus EDS76,AV127 strain which was harvested from the infected expermentally chicken embryos and duck embryos.No abnormal signs were observed in 3 6 weeks old chickens injected with 1 mL of the vaccine(i.e. 2 immune dose).There was no influences on the body weight again in the following 1 15 days after injected with 0.5 mL vaccine(i.e. one immun dose) at the one day old.Vaccination of the 3 6 weeks old chickens with the vaccine induced the hemagglutination inhibition(HI) antibody titer to ND in geometric mean 4.8 9.8 log2 and to EDS76 in geometric mean 6.0 11.8 log2.Their 50% protective dose per vaccine dose(PD 50 /dose) were ≥127, ≥131 and≥127, respectively.
