摘要
依据刚杆模型和油气井流体力学理论研究了机械承载能力和钻井水力参数对水平段极限延伸长度的影响,计算了相应的水平段极限延伸长度值,并给出了合理解释。研究表明,水平段极限延伸长度受摩阻扭矩和循环压力损耗的双重制约,其值随地层破裂压力和钻井液润滑性的提高而增加,随钻井泵排量和钻井液密度的增加而减小。因此,为满足长水平段水平井作业的需要,应尽量选用低密度、润滑性良好的钻井液,并配合大功率的顶驱装置,在较低的排量下施工。
The effect of mechanical load capacity and hydraulic parameter on extension abili- ty of long horizontal-section well is studied based on rigid model and drilling hydrodynamics theory, respectively calculating the value of limited extension length and rational explana- tions are given. The results show that the limited extension length is constrained by drag, torque and pressure loss. The limited extension length increases with the increase of forma- tion fracture pressure and drilling fluid lubricity, and decreases with the increase of dis- placement and drilling fluid density. In order to meet the need of long horizontal section, low density drilling fluid and high,power top drive system should be used with low displacementin drilling.
