La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_(3-δ)复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用EDTA柠檬酸联合络合法合成了La1-xSrxFeO3-δ(x=0.1~0.7,LSF)一系列的复合材料,利用XRD、TG DSC、SEM等方法对LSF粉体的晶体结构和形貌进行了表征,并通过直流四探针法测试了LST在300~900℃温度范围内的电导率,讨论了电导率受组分、烧结致密度及测试温度的影响.研究结果表明,所有组分在低温阶段符合小极化子导电机理;750℃时LSF的电导率基本上是随着Sr含量的增加而增大,当x=0.5时达到最大值245.98S/cm,当x>0.5时,过多的Sr掺入会引起氧空位浓度过大而导致其缔结成势阱,使得电导率降低. In this paper,La1-xSrxFeO3-δ(x=0.1~0.7)composite materials are synthesized by EDTA-citric method.XRD,TG-DSC,SEM are employed to characterize the structure and morphology.Moreover,electrical conductivity is tested at 300~900℃through four-point probe.The results show that it accords with small extremely anti-fuzzy conductive mechanism in low-temperature.At 750℃,the conductivity is basically with Sr content increase,and for x=0.5,it reaches maximum 245.98S/cm,but as x>0.5,Sr incorporation will cause excessive concentration of oxygen vacancies and leads to the conclusion of a potential well,so the conductivity decreases.
