摘要
目的观察早期应用盐酸川芎嗪注射液对浅Ⅱ°烧伤创面转归及愈合影响。方法治疗组选取我院40例浅Ⅱ°烧伤病人,采用早期应用川芎嗪注射液+创面常规换药治疗;对照组选取40例浅Ⅱ°烧伤病人,采用创面常规换药治疗。比较两组浅Ⅱ°创面转为深Ⅱ°的比率(转化率)及创面开始上皮化时间、创面愈合时间。结果治疗组浅Ⅱ°烧伤创面转为深Ⅱ°烧伤创面的比率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组上皮化时间及愈合时间均明显短于对照组,二者之间有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期应用川芎嗪注射液,可促降低浅Ⅱ°度烧伤创面转化为深Ⅱ°烧伤创面的风险,减少浅Ⅱ°创面愈合的时间,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect of early application of ligustrazine injection on the outcome and healing time of wounds in patients with superficial second degree burn. Methods 80 patients with superficial second degree burn in our hospital were selected in this study. 40 patients treated with ligustrazine injection and routine dressing change of wounds were set as treatment group, and 40 patients treated with routine dressing change of wounds were set as control group. The conversion rate（superficial second degree wounds to deep second degree wounds）, wound epithelization time and healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The conversion rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the wound epithelization time and wound healing time of the treatment group were shorter（P 0.05）. Conclusions Early application of ligustrazine injection in patients with superficial second degree burn wounds can reduce the possibility of superficial second degree burn wounds deepening and wound healing time, with exact curative effect.
