摘要 油田废水主要由油田采出水及处理系统产生,成分复杂,含油及悬浮物含量严重超标,直接回收会导致下游污水处理系统水质超标,从而影响油田正常注水作业。因此结合油田实际,利用油田停用设施,开展工艺改造,同时根据外排污水水质特征,研究出适宜的污水处理药剂,提高污水处理效率,减少污水外排量,防止了环境污染。 Oilfield wastewater mainly by oilfield produced water and water treatment system and complexly of the components, oil and suspended solids seriously overweight, the recovery will lead directly to the water quality exceeded in sewage treatment system downstream, thus affecting the normal oilfield water injection operations. Therefore, according to the actual situation in oilfield, using oilfield disable facilities to carry out technological transtbrmation, while according to the sewage water quality characteristics, developed suitable effluent treatment chemicals, and improved the efficiency of sewage treatment and reduce emissions of sewage to prevent environmental pollution.
