文章重点描述了二氧化氯发生器在实际运作碰到的设计缺陷。对二氧化氯出气管路的堵塞;防爆塞的不动作;发生器内部管件泄漏;机身抗震设计要点;外壳与法兰设计的要点;等等,进行了细致的分析。详细分析了一个实际案例以说明那些平时在设计中不起眼的小问题是如何引起爆炸事故的。
The thesis focuses on the design deficiencies of chlorine dioxide generator, which is encountered in the usual operation. Blockage of chlorine dioxide gas pipeline; unable pop of explosion-proof plug; leakage of generator internal pipe; design points of the seismic resistance; design points of the shell and the flange, etc, are analyzed. Analyzing a true case to explain that some inconspicuous problem in the usual design is how to cause an explosion accident.
