摘要
为了提高人们对石灰岩生态系统的认识,鉴于灌木林在黔中石灰岩地区生态文明建设中的重要作用,对黔中石灰岩地区典型灌木林土壤酶活性特征和土壤酶与灌木林植物物种多样性相关性进行分析。结果表明:蔗糖酶、淀粉酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶在根际中活性较非根际强;随着土壤层次的增加,土壤酶活性降低。上述4种土壤酶活性与灌木林灌木层植物物种多样性指数各存在不同程度的相关性,而与草本层植物物种多样性指数相关性不显著。
In order to raise awareness of limestone ecosystem and in view of the shrubbery's important role in construction of ecological civilization in the Guizhou's limestone area,we studied the activity of soil sucrase,amylase,urease and peroxidase in typical shrubbery in the limestone area of Central Guizhou. The results showed that the rhizosphere soil enzyme activities were greater than the non- rhizosphere soil enzyme activities,which decreased along with the depth of the soil layers. There occurred different correlation between soil enzyme and plant species diversity of the coniferous forests in the shrub layer,whereas no significant correlation was found in the herb layer.
