摘要
以活性污泥模型(ASM2D)为基础,据此开发了模拟计算平台并对MBR工艺进行模拟,通过引入虚拟池体、动力学参数敏感性分析等模拟策略,确定了MBR工艺敏感度较大的动力学参数和水质参数。同时,利用模拟平台对昆明市第四污水处理厂的MBR工艺进行了模拟,验证了模拟计算平台的可靠性;在此基础上,运用模型对第四污水厂存在的问题进行了不同工况的运行模拟,通过分析模拟结果提出了优化建议,并通过中试平台对优化后的工艺流程进行了验证。
Based on the activated sludge model (ASM2D), a simulation system of sewage treatment process was developed, and then, the MBR process was simulated. Through introducing a virtual tank and dynamic sensitivity analysis, the kinetic parameters and water quality parameters of the MBR process were confirmed. At the same time, the MBR process used in Kunming Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant was simulated by using the simulation system. The reliability of the simulation system was validated. On this basis, problems existing in Kunming Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant were simulated and analyzed. Through analysis of different working conditions, a recommended process was put forward and verified in pilot tests.
