摘要
南水北调中线某渠道工程约1.2 km的渠段穿越煤矿采空区,导致渠道以下基础稳定问题突出,需要对采空区进行灌浆加固处理,而采空区地质条件复杂且缺乏相关地质资料,同时在采空区灌浆施工没有相关规范可供参考。面对上述问题及挑战,通过施工实践提出了灌浆布置与具体实施方案,并有针对性地提出了灌浆质量评判标准。上述成果填补了采空区加固灌浆施工的空白,具有较独特的工程借鉴价值。
A canal section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion,with length of 1.2 km,passes through a coal mined-out area,which will induce a serious foundation stability problem,and the mined-out area needs to be reinforced by grouting.However,the reinforcement project is challenged by complex geological environment as well as lack of related geological data and construction specifications.Through construction practices,the grouting layout and implementation solution are put forward,and grouting quality assessment standards are provided accordingly.The results have filled a blank of grouting construction in mined-out area,possessing significant reference meanings.
