摘要
以锆铝石粉为耐火骨料,酚醛树脂和硅溶胶混合使用做粘结剂,CMC和钠基膨润土混合使用做悬浮剂,采用异丙醇作载体,开发出消失模铸钢醇基涂料。通过试验确定了消失模铸钢醇基涂料的最佳配比,并对涂料综合性能进行了测试。
By using Zirconium-aluminum powder as refractory materials, phenol-aldehyde resin and silica sol as compound agglomerate, CMC and bentonite of natrium as compound suspending agent and isopropyl alcohol as isotopic carrier, based on the orthogonal testing, the alcohol-based coating for EPC steel castings was developed. The optimiced composition was presented by the experiment, and the comprehensive properties of the coating prepared were examined, obtaining a satisfied effects.
