摘要
目的:了解Bcl-2、MDM2、p21在人口腔正常黏膜、白斑、鳞状癌细胞中的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测15例人正常口腔黏膜、15例单纯增生性白斑、10例异常增生性白斑,25例口腔鳞癌中Bcl-2、MDM2和p21蛋白的表达情况。结果:Bcl-2、MDM2蛋白在异常增生性白斑和口腔鳞癌中的表达明显高于正常口腔黏膜上皮细胞;p21蛋白在异常增生性白斑和口腔鳞癌中的表达明显低于正常口腔黏膜上皮细胞。结论:Bcl-2、MDM2和p21三者与口腔黏膜癌变具有相关性。
Objective:To study the change of expression of Bcl-2,MDM2 and p21 in normal oral mucosa,oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma of human by using two-step method of immunohistochemistry.And to investigate the role of Bcl-2,MDM2 and p21 in the process of normal mucosa,oral precanerous lesion and oral squamous cell carcioma.The study and investigation can provide molecular evidence for detecting oral leukoplakia carcinogenesis in clinical practice and offer reference in the clinical application of anticarcinogenic medicine.Method:Apply two-step method of immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of Bcl-2,MDM2 and p21 in 15 cases of normal oral mucosa,25 cases of oral leukoplakia and 25 csaes of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Statistical software is applied to analyze the experimental results.Result:The expression of Bcl-2 and MDM2 in normal oral mousa,simple hyperplasia leukoplakia,hyperplasia leukoplakia and squamous cell carcinoma of human is gradually increasing.The statistical result shows that the expression difference of Bcl-2 and MDM2 is of statistical significance in normal oral mucosa,compared with hyperplasia leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma (P〈 0.05).The p21 protein in normal oral mousa and simple hyperplasia leukoplakia most positive expression,and lower expression in hyperplasia leukoplakia and squamous cell carcinoma.The statistical analysis showed that expression differences between normal oral mucosa and simple hyperplasia leukoplakia of p21 protein was not statistically significant.The normal oral leukoplakia,oral squamous cell carcinoma differential expression of p21 protein was statistically significant.Conclusion:Expermental results showed that Bcl-2,MDM2 and p21 protein are significantly associated withed oral squamous cell carcinoma.
