摘要
采用不同工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢进行了喷丸处理,研究了其磨损性能、高温氧化性能和热疲劳性能。结果表明,喷丸处理有利于提高W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢的耐磨损性能、抗高温氧化性能和抗热疲劳性能,最佳喷丸处理强度为0.15 A,覆盖面积优选为300%。
The wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and fatigue resistance of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel after shot peening were studied. The results show that the wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and fatigue resistance of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel improve after shot peening, and the optimized peening strength is 0.15 A, peening cover area is 300%.
