摘要
我国的贸易增长方式仍然具有粗放型特征,这是由贸易增长方式的微观基础决定的,在现阶段对稳定中国的经济增长、带动充分就业具有重要意义。贸易增长方式的转变有其客观规律。尽管当前贸易增长方式转变的微观基础还很薄弱,但政府可以通过制定相应的政策加以引导。转变贸易增长方式,政府既不能急于求成,也不能无所作为。
at current stage, China＇s trade growth mode is still with typical extensive features; its main feature is that low value-added export expansion is driven by the increase of factor inputs. Determined by its micro-fanndation, the extensive growth mode has its own objective necessity, and with imporlant practical significance at current stage to economic growth and employment. From the perspective of economic development law, the changing of trade growth mode has its objective law. Although the micro-foundation for the transformation of trade growth pattern is still very weak, the government can he guided through the development of appropriate policies. The government cannot be either anxious or doing nothing.
