摘要 根据某航空发动机高压涡轮导向叶片组件的材料及使用条件,采用Co-Ni-Cr钎料对叶片材料DZ40M和GH605开展了钎料性能试验、钎焊接头性能试验、钎焊热循环对DZ40M合金高温性能的影响试验,并根据前期基础试验结果对高压涡轮导向叶片真空钎焊工艺进行了跟踪研究。试验结果表明,Co-Ni-Cr钎料对DZ40M合金和GH605合金具有良好的钎焊性能,钎焊接头的高温性能满足使用叶片组件使用要求,所确定的高压导向叶片组件的钎焊工艺路线能够满足组件的钎焊生产,钎焊质量稳定并且合格交付。 DZ40M and GH605 alloy were joined by vacuum brazing with Co-Ni-Cr brazing alloy,which included brazing alloy performance test,brazing joint performance test and the effect of brazing thermal cycle on high temperature performance of DZ40 M alloy according to the use material and work condition of high pressure turbine guide blade assembly.At the same time,vacuum brazing process of blade assembly were studied based on the preliminary test results.The test results show that DZ40 M and GH605 alloy have good brazing performance with Co-Ni-Cr brazing alloy.The performance of brazed joints at high temperature can meet the use requirement of blade assembly,and the brazing quality is stable.The brazing process of pressure turbine guide blade assembly can be applied to actual production.
