摘要
研究了冷却液、法向载荷对聚晶金刚石 (PCD)材料去除率及表面质量的影响 ;同时基于PCD材料的物理、化学性能 ,通过观察PCD研磨前、后的表面微观形貌 ,分析了PCD材料的研磨机理。
The influences of coolant and perpendicular load on the material removal rate and surface quality of the polycrystalline diamond are studied. Based on its physical and chemical properties, the lapping mechanism of the polycrystalline diamond is also analyzed through some observations for the surface micro images before and after lapping.
