摘要
大型液化石油气球罐无法及时方便进行停产全面检验,对历次全面检验后的超标缺陷返修部位也无法有效跟踪,缺少可靠检测方法对球罐进行完整性检测与评价,特别是对使用年限较长或超期服役的设备。通过对1台服役超过20a的400m3液化石油气球罐的检验,采用超声衍射时差法(TOFD)技术对返修部位进行局部检测,采用声发射(AE)技术对整体进行完整性检测与评价,得出了球罐可以继续使用的结论。结果表明,这两种新检测技术结合对大型容器进行完整性检测与评价是切实可行的。
It was inconvenient for big liquefied petroleum gas spherical tanks to do overall inspection timely in closed state,and it was also difficult to track the re-welding locations for unacceptable defect.It was short of reliable methods to do integrity inspection and evaluation to tanks,especially to the equipment of serviced long time or extended.By inspecting of one 400m3 liquefied petroleum gas spherical tank which serviced for more than 20years,partial inspection of the re-welding locations was done according to ultrasonic time of flight diffraction technique,integrity inspection and evaluation was done according to acoustic emission technique.It was concluded that the tank would continue to be used.The two new techniques can be combined in the integrity inspection and evaluation of big liquefied petroleum gas spherical tanks,and the result showed that it was practical.
