摘要
介绍了某汽车零部件企业新建工程中融合地源热泵、水蓄冷、余热回收等众多节能技术的空调系统设计。中央空调系统夏季利用水冷螺杆机组、地源热泵、水蓄冷技术为车间、办公楼供冷;冬季利用地源热泵、压铸机冷却水余热回收和熔化炉烟气余热回收作为热源给车间与办公楼采暖,从而取代了冷水机组加锅炉的传统空调系统。空调系统年节约运行费用20.1万元,转移高峰电力152 000 kW·h。
The paper presents the high energy-efficient air-conditioning system design for the new project of an auto parts enterprise. The project utilizing much energy efficiency techniques, such as ground-source heat pump, chilled water storage, heat recovery and so on. The central air-conditioning system uses water-cooled screw units, ground-source heat pump and chilled water storage to provide cooling for workshop and office building in summer. Meanwhile, the ground-source heat pump, die-casting machine cooling water heat recovery and melting furnace exhaust gas heat recovery are used as the heat source to provide heating in winter. Compared with the conventional air-conditioning system taking advantage of water chillers and boilers, it saves about 201 000 RMB of the air-conditioning operation cost and transfers 152 000 kWh of the peak power.
