蒙农4号新麦草光合特性初步研究

摘要 测定不同光合有效辐射(PAR)下蒙农4号新麦草(Psathrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4)及山丹新麦草的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)及蒸腾速率(E),分析发现随生长年限增长,蒙农4号新麦草表现出光合性能及光合效率逐步提高,新麦草没有光抑制和气孔不均匀关闭现象,刈割影响新麦草利用光能的时间及能力。研究还表明蒙农4号新麦草在光合性能及光能利用率上强于山丹新麦草,验证了蒙农4号新麦草为C3阳性草本植物。 The net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Cs), intercellular CO2concentration(Ci) and evaporation rate(E) of Psathrostachys juncea cv. Mengnong No.4 and new Russian wildrye were determined under different light intensity. The results showed that the photosynthetic performance and efficiency of Psathrostachys juncea cv. Mengnong No.4 increased with growth period. New Russian wildrye showed no photo inhibition and nonuniform stomatal closure. Cutting might affect the time and capability of Psathrostachys juncea cv. Mengnong No.4 for light energy utilization. The results also indicated that Mengnong No.4 was superior to Shandan new Russian wildrye in light use efficiency and photosynthetic performance. It is proved that the Psathrostachys juncea cv. Mengnong No.4 was C3 plant.
