摘要
口述历史是图书馆建设特色馆藏亟待拓展的新领域。口述历史涉及复杂的著作权利益关系。著作权的归属和行使等法律问题的解决,应以合同约定模式为主要策略。除此之外,图书馆还应为自建的口述历史数据库寻求自主保护。
Oral history is a new field to expand for the construction of the feature collections in libraries.Oral history involves complex copyright interests,therefore the contract model is the main strategy to solve such legal issues as the ownership and performance of the copyright.In addition,the library should seek copyrights protection for self- built oral history database.
