摘要
为提高魔术贴产量和品种,设计了一套基于单片机的魔术贴剪切机的电气控制系统。该电气控制系统依据魔术贴剪切机的运行流程进行设计,将魔术贴剪切机从手工化作业转变为自动化作业,并可根据生产者的需求自行设定魔术贴的形状、数量以及尺寸。经测试表明,该系统具有友好的人机交互界面,操作简单、功能齐全、运行稳定、安全性能高。
For advancing the output and variety of magic stick, an electrical control system of magic stick shears based on SCM is developed. This system is designed by running process of the magic stick shears, so it can make the magic stick shears from manual operation into the automatic operation. According to the shape, length and quantity of the magic sticks, the users can set the parameters of this system. The test results show that this system has a good man-machine interface, and it has many advantages, such as simplicity of operator, complete function, stable operation and high safety performance.
