摘要
文章研究了不严格控制预紧力普通螺栓紧联接的强度计算问题,提出了用"等比中值"确定螺栓的假定小径,"黄金分割"确定螺栓的安全系数,通过计算机程序实现螺栓小径可视化操作的选择方法。省略了教材中螺栓直径选择的繁琐试算过程,非常方便地供师生和设计人员使用,同时提高了设计效率。
The strength calculating problem of the not strictly controlled pre - tightening force and ordinary bolt tight connection was studied. Then it confirmed the bolt assumed path by ＂Geo- metric median＂ and the safety factor of bolts by ＂Golden Mean＂. It achieved the selection method of bolt visualization operation by computer program. It left out the bolt diameter selection of the trial process in the textbooks and thus it was very convenient for teachers, students and designers. At the same time it also improved the design efficiency.
