摘要
在对CNG2气瓶进行有限元分析的基础上,对应变集中区域的应力进行了分析。运用Manson-Coffin公式,结合气瓶内胆的应变疲劳性能计算得到疲劳寿命,计算结果与气瓶疲劳试验寿命相符。制造过程中使用预紧工艺或过载方式产生塑性变形和残余压应力,可以提高应力强度范围门槛值,使裂纹启裂减慢,从而延长了气瓶的疲劳寿命。
The stress in strain concentration area is analyzed on the basis of finite dement analysis of CNG2 cylinder. By applying Manson- Coffin equation, the fatigue life is found out based on strain fatigue performance calculation of cylinder liner and the calculated result is conformed to the experimental data. The plastic deformation and residual stress produced when using autofrettage or overload in manufacturing process may enhance stress intensity range threshold value, slow down crack breaking speed and so prolong the liner fatigue life.
