摘要
针对甘肃景泰电力提灌总干二泵站存在的压力管道振动问题,基于DASP振动测试系统获得振动信号,通过时域分析法和频谱分析法分析各工况下的振动信号,得到各工况下振源的主要频率;运用功率谱法,分析出压力管道振动存在的主要振源。分析结果表明,引起管道振动的主要原因是离心泵等设备引起的机械振动,水流激励次之,并针对此结论提出相应的减振措施。
For the vibration problems of pressure pipeline existing in the 2nd pump station in general main line of Jingtai electric-lifting irrigation project in Gansu Province, the vibration signals were obtained on the basis of DASP vibration detecting system. And then the methods of time domain analysis and frequency spectrum analysis are used to analyze the vibration signals and the main frequencies of vibration sources were got under different operating conditions. Finally, the main vibration source of pressure pipeline is analyzed by using power spectrum method. The results show that the main reason of pipeline vibration is the mechanical vibration caused by centrifugal pump and other facilities, and the hy draulic excitation takes second place. Thus, the corresponding vibration-reduction measures were proposed.
